The Scrum Experience
An immersive introduction to the Scrum framework, the most widely-adopted Agile methodology to enhance collaboration and delivery. This interactive workshop delves into all of the Scrum Roles, Scrum Events, and Scrum Artifacts—equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to implement Scrum with their projects.
Participants engage in hands-on simulations and collaborative exercises, fostering a deep understanding of Scrum's practical application and preparing them to effectively contribute to Scrum teams.
Upon completion, attendees are equipped to pursue Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications, further enhancing their Scrum proficiency.

Exam fees are not included in the price of this workshop. After attending this course you will be directed where to go to take world recognized top-quality Scrum exams.
We recommend you take at least two.
All students do additional personal study to pass these exams. We show you what and how to study for each exam. Most students pass two exams within one week of taking this class. The content of this class is required for all of these types of exams.
